Supported links
Use public Steam Store apps, packages, bundles, curators, publishers, developers, franchises, searches, and news pages, or Steam Community profiles, hubs, Workshop files, inventories, and Market pages.
The .tools shortcut
Change .com to .tools in a supported Steam link and keep its path. steamcommunity.com becomes steamcommunity.tools; store.steampowered.com becomes store.steampowered.tools. For /app/, /search/ and /stats/, the hostname preserves Store or Community context. Community /games/ with a numeric AppID remains an alias.

What the labels mean
Match labels describe what each link opens. A search or related homepage may require you to find the game or item yourself.
- Original Steam page
- The original Steam page.
- Matching page
- A provider page for the same item, game or profile.
- Search results
- Search results using information from your link.
- Related page
- A related page, which may be the site homepage.
Official means Valve runs the page. Independent means another operator does. These labels do not indicate current availability or endorsement.
Links that are turned away
Sign-in, account, cart, checkout and trade-offer links are refused on purpose, as is any link carrying a password, token or session value. They are not needed to find a tool, and they are not safe to pass around.
